Mission
The International Biometrics + Identity Association (IBIA) advocates for and educates on behalf of providers of biometric and identity technologies, allowing them to advance the adoption and responsible use of technologies that verify and manage unique human identities. In so doing, we enhance security, privacy, productivity, and convenience for government agencies, commercial entities, and individual consumers.
Who We Are
IBIA’s members are among the biggest and most innovative companies representing the full spectrum of the biometrics and identification technology industry. IBIA members develop, produce, and maintain technology in every biometric modality as well as other technologies used for the automated identification of individuals.
They are involved in every part of the identification technology market, including government, business, and consumer facing technologies. We advocate for the diverse interests of large global companies, small startups, technology associations, and research institutions alike.
